Worker Fractures Arm on Printer Head

On June 8, 2011, Employee #1, a 31-year-old male with Portland's Vital Signs Inc., was using a CNC Printer with the interlocks bypassed and the doors open exposing him to the moving printer head. Employee #1 stuck his arm into the path of the printer head and suffered a compound fracture of the forearm.
