At approximately 2:15 a.m. on September 6, 2013, Employee #1, a 33-year-old male with Powder Cote II Inc., was removing parts from pit during automatic operation of transfer cart on E-coat conveyor line and was caught between horizontal beam and lower portion of cart. Employee #1 suffered unspecified crushing injuries and was killed in the event.
