Investigation Summary
On July 28, 2011, Employee #1 was cleaning a printing press machine. As he was using a rag to remove the metallic ink from the machine's running rollers, the glove on his right hand became caught. Emergency services were contacted and, upon their arrival, Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was hospitalized and treated for a laceration to his right index finger.
