Employee's Arm Is Lacerated by Chainsaw

On July 15, 2011, Employee #1 was using a chainsaw to trim tree limbs, approximately 30 feet above grade. The chain saw kicked back from the limb and severely lacerated Employee #1's left arm. Employee #1 descended the tree unassisted and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. He was hospitalized.
