At approximately 3:00 p.m. on June 6, 2011, Employee # 1 was walking on the roof of a one story commercial building under construction and fell through a skylight opening. Employee # 1 fell 18 feet to the ground and fractured his right shoulder and rib. Employee # 1 was transported by emergency personnel to the hospital.
