Employee Is Killed Crushed by Skid Steer

At approximately 8:50 a.m. on June 29, 2011, Employee #1 was operating a Case 1845C Uni-loader, skid steer. He was not trained to operate this equipment. The weather was cloudy and rainy. The arms of the skid steer were elevated and as he exited the operator's seat his chest was crushed and Employee #1 died.
