Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:45 a.m. on November 30, 2011, Employee # 1 was working as an electrician on a jobsite located in San Diego CA. Employee # 1 was a contractor doing the installation of track light fixtures. Employee # 1 fell approximately 10 to12 feet from the A- frame ladder he was working from. Employee #1 was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he was hospitalized for several days in a coma.
