On May 31, 2011, Employee # 1 was performing wall taping duty when he fell from 6 feet 9 inches high metal scaffolding to the wood floor. Employee # 1 sustained a dislocated left wrist and bruises on left shoulder and leg. Employee # 1 was treated and discharged from Eden Medical Center on the same date.
