Employee Suffers a Fatal Concussion by Being Struck by Tree

On December 20, 2011, three employees of Bowlin Logging were cutting trees when a tree fell the wrong way and struck Employee #1 and Employee #2. Both employees were hospitalized. Employee #1 died on December 21, 2011 at 12:43 p.m. due to his concussion and injuries.
