Employee Is Found Slumped over Steering Wheel of Truck

On February 16, 2014, Employee #1 was discovered slumped over the steering wheel of a running truck. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful, and he was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
