Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:10 a.m. on July 3, 2012, Employee #1, a farm laborer, was using a ladder to pick peaches. While he was picking the fruit, he fell from the ladder. Employee #1 struck the ground and sustained several fractures in his back. He was transported to a medical center, where he underwent surgical procedures and was then hospitalized.
