Employee Is Treated for Heat Related Illness

On August 27, 2011, Employee #1, a farm worker, was picking cantaloupe. She began to feel badly and reported her symptoms to her foreman. The supervisor was notified and determined that it may be a heat related illness. An ambulance was called to transport Employee #1 to the hospital, where she remained for treatment.
