Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:30 a.m. on September 12, 2012, Employee #1, a Crew Lead Person, was working using an alpine truss machine (Model Number 747A, Serial Number 747A04003-000). The employee's right hand was caught in the pinch-point of the truss machine causing lacerations to the index and middle fingers. Employee #1 was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated and released.
