Employee Injures Leg During Vehicle Maintenance
On July 12, 2012, Employee #1 was using a battery changer cart to change batteries on an Industrial Lift Truck. While changing the battery, the cart moved backwards pinning his leg against another battery and the cart causing him to break his leg.
