Employee Falls from Ladder

On March 7, 2012, Employee #1 was using an orchard ladder inside a building with concrete flooring to access the top half of a closed roll up door. The ladder slipped on the concrete flooring, causing Employee #1 to loose his balance and fall off the ladder. Employee #1 sustained a fractured collar bone and was hospitalized for several days.
