Employee Sustains Fractures in Fall from Ladder

On October 13, 2011, Employee #1, an inspector, was descending a roof access ladder when he lost his grip. He tried to grab the ladder's side rail, but encounter a bracket. Before he could secure a different hold, he lost his balance and fell 10 feet off the ladder. Employee #1 fractured both feet and both ankles. He was hospitalized for treatment.
