Employee Experiences Medical Condition

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on August 26, 2011, Employee #1 was operating a Palletizer machine. When she began feeling faint and dizzy, she notified a coworker, who then notified their immediate supervisor. Employee #1 was initially assessed by the employer's on-site nurse, who summoned emergency responders. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Doctors Medical Center for a nonwork-related existing medical condition.
