Employee Is Burned by Hot Condensate

On August 8, 2011, Employee #1 was flushing out a pipe with hot water and then with cold water. He forgot to open the check valve before disconnecting the hose and was sprayed with hot condensate. He sustained unspecified burns. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was hospitalized.
