Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:45 a.m. on February 8, 2011, Employee #1 had dumped a kettle load of beans onto the floor and was under the batch deck rinsing beans towards a gutter as the kettle was draining. While standing between the kettle and whole bean water tank, hot water entered her shoes. Employee #1 was hospitalized for burns.
