Employee's Arm and Leg Is Fractured by Falling Object

On November 2, 2010, Employee #1 was acting as a spotter for coworkers using two forklifts to move a 1,000 pound metal table. The table slipped off one of the forklifts when it struck a door and before Employee #1 was able to get out of the way, the table fell on him. Employee #1's left arm and lower leg were fractured and he was hospitalized.
