Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on October 11, 2010, Employee #1 was setting up the sheller and adjusting the Number 2 sheer roll. He reached into the sheller with his right hand. The roller caught his hand and pulled it into the machinery, which caused bruising and abrasions to his hand and arm. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center. At the medical center, he received treatment and was released.
