Employee Sustains Fractures in Fall Through Skylight

On September 15, 2010, an employee was working for a steel framing contractor. He disconnected his safety lanyard from its attachment on a man basket and stepped onto a roof. He fell through a skylight, striking the ground 20 feet below. He sustained multiple fractures, and he was hospitalized. There were three entries on the injury line, as there were several employers at this project's worksite.
