Truck Driver Head Crushed by Tire Jack

On December 5, 2010, a truck driver was stopped at a truck stop to change the left front tire of a semi-truck with a trailer attached. The jack slipped, causing the truck to fall, crushing the driver's head. The truck driver was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
