Employee Dies of Heart Attack

On January 25, 2011, Employee #1 and his coworkers were installing a 6" water line for a new subdivision. Employee #1 had complained of his back hurting and went to the company truck to get painkillers and go to the restroom. Employee #2 saw that Employee #1 was lying face down on the ground outside of the portable toilet. Employee #2 called Employee #3, who was trained in first-aid and CPR and called emergency services. Employee #3 was relieved by the emergency services crew when they arrived. The victim was pronounced dead from a massive heart attack at the hospital.
