Employee Gets Two Fingers Crushed

At approximately 8 a.m., on May 6, 2013, Employee #1 of Yaegaki Corporation USA, sustained a serious injury while attempting to un-jam rice from the small rice crusher. Employee #1 stuck his hand into the crusher without de-energizing it, resulting in a crushing injury to two fingers of his right hand. Two of his fingers were caught in a pinch point and crushed as a result.
