Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:05 a.m. on November 26, 2011, Employee # 1 a 55-year-old female with G & K Management Co., Inc. reported to work and went into the front office to clock-in and started her shift. Later a coworker found Employee # 1 sitting on the floor against the side of cabinet. Employee #1 asked for help because she did not feel well. Emergency Medical Services were summoned and Employee #1 was taken to UCLA Westwood Medical Center where she successfully went through the first emergency brain surgery. However, later that afternoon Employee #1 died due to heart failure during the second brain surgery.%09
