At approximately 10:45 p.m. on April 11, 2011, Employee #1 was a limousine driver. He was sitting in a parking lot while waiting for a client. He was eating a hotdog and he heard a pop from his throat. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of a thyroid cartilage fracture.
