Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:08 am on November 16th, 2010 Employee #1, a cook of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide Inc., was trying to light up the pilot of a gas fired oven. The gas flashed and burned for a few seconds. When the burning gas flared out from the chamber, it burned his face and hands. As a result of the incident, he sustained first and second degree burn to his face and both hands.
