Employee Injures Ribs in Fall Off Loading Dock

On October 29, 2010, Employee #1, a truck driver, arrived at the job site and turned on his truck engine. After a few minutes, he stepped down the loading dock to turn off the engine and lost his balance. The loading dock was 4.25 feet off the ground. He injured his ribs in the fall, and he was hospitalized for treatment.
