Employee Fractures Hip in Fall Off Ladder

At approximately 10 a.m. on June 27, 2011, Employee #1, a security system installer, was descending an A-frame ladder. He missed the third or fourth step from the bottom, and fell 2 feet onto the concrete floor, breaking his hip. He was hospitalized for six days.
