Employee Is Injured by Fall from Ladder Onto Concrete Floor

At 11:30 a.m. on July 4, 2011, Employee #1 was working as an appliance sales associate for a home improvement center. Employee #1 was trying to move an appliance box while using a Cotterman mobile ladder stand when he fell from approximately a seven foot height, landing on a concrete floor. Employee #1 was transported to Northridge Medical Center and was treated for four days.
