Employee Head Is Fractured Falling from Ladder

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 4, 2010, Employee #1, a HVAC Installer, was doing maintenance on the HVAC system for a shopping center. He cut his hand on a cover and wrapped his hand with a rag. He prepared to climb down the ladder, and lost his grip on the grab bars that extended 3 ft above the top step of the fixed ladder. He fell backwards to the ground and was hospitalized with a fractured head.
