Employee Fractures Leg When Struck By Industrial Truck

At approximately 7:54 p.m. on January 5, 2011, Employee #1, a warehouse specialist, was driving a Crown pallet jack with a load of paper down the main aisle, and he was struck by a coworker, who was operating Crown Order Picker loaded with four empty pallets. The impact of the load of wooden pallets, fractured his lower legs. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
