Investigation Summary
On January 20, 2011, Employee #1 and Employee #2 had both came out of the same building, Employee #2, the cart driver, came out of the north end and the victim came out of the south end of the building. Employee #2 got into the cart and was traveling to the south directly into the sun, Employee #1 came around the south end of the building walking east and was struck by the cart, breaking his left leg. Employee #1 was hospitalized due to his fractures.
