Employee Is Killed in Forklift Rollover

At approximately 4:45 p.m. on January 4, 2012, Employee #1 was using a forklift to move materials from the front parking lot of a commercial truck tire care center to a warehouse for overnight storage. When the forklift rolled over, he was crushed underneath it. Employee #1 died a few hours later in the hospital. The forklift load had been elevated very high, thereby raising the forklift's center of gravity.
