Investigation Summary
On June 26, 2010, Employee #1 was working at a car wash. He was drying vehicles as they entered the wash. A customer driving a jeep grand cherokee exited from the wash area and accelerated into the towel drying area. The vehicle struck Employee #1 and caused severe head trauma that killed him.
