Employee Collapses and Dies

At 9:00 a.m. on June 17, 2010, Employee #1 attended a ten minute meeting, then proceeded to his work station where he appeared shaky. Employee #1 walked to the break room to lie down. Employee #1 apparently suffered from a heart attack and collapsed in the bathroom. Employee #1 was then taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
