Employee Dies of Heart Attack

On July 28, 2011, Employee #1, was part of a power line trimming crew. After lunch, Employee #1 stood under a tree for about an hour before he climbed a tree. Employee #1 descended the tree and stated that he was having breathing difficulty. Employee #1 summoned a coworker for help when he collapsed. By the time the coworker reached Employee #1, he was unresponsive. Employee #1's coworker administered CPR and summoned help. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
