Investigation Summary
On May 26, 2011, an employee was moving window sills from a delivery truck into a storage pod when he suddenly collapsed and struck his head on the asphalt. An ambulance was called and the employee was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital. The employee never regained consciousness and life support was removed at 9:45 p.m. on June 2, 2011, and he died.
