Employee Dies Struck-By a Log Loader

At approximately 4:08 a.m., on January 19, 2011 Employee #1 received fatal injuries to his head when the log loader he was operating was found lying on its top in a creek bed. Employee #1 was moving the log loader across a bridge. There were no witnesses to the accident.
