Investigation Summary
On February 17, 2012, an employee of a construction services company was working at ground level, and an unsecured wall fell from the second story and struck him in the head. The accident was reported on the same day. The employee was transported via life flight helicopter to the hospital with serious brain injuries. He spent several months in the hospital.
