Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2011, Employee #1 was working as a general Laborer on a jobsite located in Sacramento CA. Employee # 1 was a contractor doing repair and maintenance work on bank owned properties. Employee # 1 fell approximately 8 to 10 feet from an extension ladder he was using to access the second story chimney. His injuries were not provided in the original abstract.
