Employee Fractures Foot When Equipment Falls

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on May 26, 2011, an employee, an inventory clerk, was unloading a piece of equipment from a storage container. He rolled the equipment out of the container. The employee lost control of the equipment causing it to fall, landing on his left foot and crushing it. The employee was hospitalized and treated for fractured foot.
