Employee Struck and Killed by Automobile
Employee #1, a tow truck driver, was dispatched to retrieve an impounded vehicle. During the process of hooking up the impounded vehicle, a drunk driver swerved across five lanes of traffic and struck the tow truck driver, killing him instantly.
