Employee Falls from Ladder and Receives Injuries

On November 16, 2010, Employee #1 climbed a portable agriculture ladder to gain access to an olive tree and be able to physically pick the olives. While on the ladder, she lost her balance and fell, striking a tree branch before falling to the ground. Employee #1 fell approximately 5 ft and sustained unspecified injuries to her leg and groin. She was taken to a medical center for her injuries, including possible internal injuries. At the medical center, she received treatment and care and was then hospitalized.
