Six Employees fall from scaffold

On June 2, 2010, six Employees of Apple Roofing Corp., were on a hydro-mobile scaffold platform preparing to descend. The bridge section, spanning between two tower platforms slid off the platform, falling 64 feet to the ground, causing injuries to the six employees. Employees 1-3 were hospitalized due to their injuries, while Employees 4-6 were injured but not hospitalized.
