Employee Is Pinned by the Bucket of Skid Steer

On March 17, 2010, Employee #1 was working on the bucket/arm of a Daewoo skid steer, Model Number DSL 601. The bucket came down pinning and crushing his upper right arm. Emergency Medical Services responded and freed the employee, who was trapped in the equipment. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
