Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:45 p.m., on August 7, 2012, Employee #1 of Emcor Group dba Contra Costa, sustained an injury consisting of head trauma, broken bones, and internal bleeding. The accident occurred when Employee #1 was working atop a 60 foot power pole.
