Employee Falls and Fractures Leg

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on April 25, 2012, an employee was working as an administrative assistant at the Reutlinger Community for Jewish Living. She was walking to the sink in the ladies restroom, when her right leg gave out. She fell to the floor and fractured her right femur. There were no obstructions or slip hazards on the floor when the incident occurred. She was transported to San Ramon Regional Medical Center in San Ramon, CA, and transferred to St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco, CA, for further treatment.
