On December 5, 2011, Employee #1, a truck driver for Central Oregon Truck Company, was rolling a tarp over the top of a truck. He fell and landed on the roadside curb. He sustained fractures to his pelvic bones. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and treated for the injuries he sustained during this incident.
